First Saturday Rosary and Mass

Begining Saturday, August 1st and every First Saturday, the Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus will sponsor a Rosary, Litany and Mass to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  The rosary will begin at 8:00 a.m. and Fr. Pat will celebrate Mass at 8:30 a.m.  First Saturday Devotions are a request from Our Lady of Fatima.  More information about this devotion can be found at this website.

Knights of Columbus Senior Prom Success

The Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus, Council 16185, and their spouses, recently held their first "Senior Prom" fundraiser in Logan Hall.  This dress-up event's purpose was to raise money for the Knight's Wheelchair Mission; whose recipients this year are California Disabled Veterans. Their goal was to raise enough money to purchase at least ten new wheelchairs.  Because of your generosity, the Knights were successful in reaching this goal and more!  Profits from the dinner/dance were enough to purchase ninteen wheelchairs.

Atendees were very please with the food, fellowship and fun music for dancing.  A loving couple with 61 years of marriage was selected and crowned Prom King and Queen.  They received a beautiful gift basket for their prize.  Next year, this event promises to be bigger and better!

Thank you, to all who have supported the Knights of Columbus Council 16185.
